removing my heat and now wiring problems......help me get my car on the DYNO

i just pulled out my heat and ac now my turn signals & 4ways don't work at all. what i need to know is there anything in the heater wiring that will have any affect on the lights. I have all my other lights back up//brake // head lights and parking lights. the dash warning lights are out to. HHHHHEEEEELLLPPPPP
