Default Why is my clutch engaging at different spots?!!

is this a sign of my clutch going bad? recently its engaging to where my foot is almost off the pedal. seems that everytime i stop at a light and go, it catches at different spots. WTF?!!!

Clutch fluid low.

Test cluch to see if going bad by going 25 mph in 5th gear and flooring it. If RPM's rise and speed doesn't clutch is going out.

i just put some clutch fluid in last week. maybe it takes time.

i'l try that trick later. thanks
