Default Eg cluster, dx to Si, green plug?

Heya i just bought a SI cluster online. 99% sure the guy sent me a broken cluster. At first i thought something was my bad cus the turn signals wouldn't work, but thats because I didn't plug in the hazard button. anyhooo, all i have the 2 plugs on the side and the yellow(srs) plug, but no green plug. If i remeber correctly on a ek u didn't need it either, but since this cluster has one and i don't have it on my car harness, im just making sure i don't need it. Anyway, tach doesn't work what a bummer. So do i need that green plug? or should i start demanding a refund thanks!

The green plug is for cruise control. You don't need to plug anything in it.
