Nope, there was no OEM alarm for any 94-01 Integra. You will see quite a few people with acura keyless entry remotes programmed to an aftermarket alarm if it was a dealer installed aftermarket alarm. But many dealers carry different alarms than other dealers, so the best thing to do is ask the dealer it was purchased from, or hunt for the siren and alarm unit in the engine bay and see if you can find identifying markings (brand, fcc id, model #) so that you can contact the company directly. Usually, there will be a way to reprogram the sensitivity using the valet switch or remote, but it depends on the alarm that was installed.

Does the alarm manual say Acura Integra on it? or just Acura? My 2000 Integra GSR did not have an alarm, or keyless entry, like most of the models on the lot. I think I had the option of purchasing an alarm at the dealer, but it wouldn't have been Acura unless I specifically requested it. I guess it all depends on the dealership and what alarms they like to use, it's very possible that there is a pretty generic Acura keyless/alarm system that Acura dealerships like to use for many different cars. Also, it could depend on the year of the car, factory keyless wasn't even popular until 1996.
