where can i get a pipe for the turbo?

i need a filter on my turbo the thing is i dont have a pipe.....

you can use old intake piping..basically anything

Fab up your own, Or maybe a shop can make you a pipe im sure it wouldn't be too hard. Just get a filter on that turbo
