Default Cluster not working and blinkers please help

Ok I bougt a new corner light for my 93 hb and when i put it in it blew my hazzard light fuse and something else. After putting the light in i was not able to use my hazzards or blinker or any of the tachs in my cluster. I have changed the cluster and still nothing. When i put a new hazzard lfuse my hazzard work. and i got a light from honda and put it in and it dosent blow anymore. But i cant figure out how to get my blinkers and my tachs to work. I have changed all the 10 and 15 amps just to make sure and nothing. Can someone please help me thanks.

There is a hazard fuse under the dash and under the hood. Two fuses for the lights. Same thing happened to me when I installed sidemarkers.

I found the fuse for the hazzards in the engine bay and that fixed my hazzards but not my blinker you said there is one under the dash?

I want to say a bad ground, but that would affect a lot more than just turn signals.
