Default Another newb here..WTB a teg, opinions wanted :D

Hi all names Rick, 24 y/o. I have an 02 Echo right now and tired of getting beat (The egg is actaully very modded & pretty quick for what it is) but found a couple of 99 tegs that i like. one is a 99 gs for 8K and another for 10k but its a gs-r.For the extra money i could save on buying the gs i could turbo it, But would it make more hp than a i/h/e gs-r?..Looking for around 200-ish hp.This would be a DD but would drag and auto x it once in a while. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

buy an integra RS... they are pretty cheap... and very light.... boost it to 8 lbs and you will most likely hit your target hp range...

BTW you will never look back after going from an echo to a dc....

You'll definatly get more hp with a gs and boost than a gs-r with i/h/e. You'll be lookin at about a 20hp gain with a gs-r and bolt ons but if you turbo the GS you'll be lookin at 220+hp

DC is what a integra is called 94+ in other words a DC2, like the g2 integras are DA, its just a code for the model of integra... but i would go with the gsr its a better platform and worth the extra 2k, i got mine a 96 with 100k for 4600 in excellent condition and i couldnt be happier

the ONLY engine with "oem reliability" is a k20 from a rsx type s, the full swap will run you around 7,000 dollars.....
