LS/Vtec build
my friend is building a LS/Vtec and i just want to know if hes going to be doing this right
B18A1 block
Shot Peened LS rods
B16 pistons
GE LSvtec kit
ARP 8mm rodbolts
ARP B18C headbolts
ACL Bottom End Bearings
GSR oilpan
GSR griddle
P72 head (stock for now)
P72 ECU
what numbers is he looking at? and any suggestions the head is going to be stock till augest, money talks yanoo, thanks

Looks decent. Good idea with the rod bolts.
He should be making something around 150-160 whp with tha setup.
He would really benifit from some good cams.

oh yeah hes just trying to get his car back on the road since its his daily driver, but the head is going to have
portflow dual valve springs,
tit retainers,
skunk 2 valves,
skunk 2 stage 2 cams or maybe toda b or c's
skunk 2 IE,
ANR headers
RSR exhaust
and some other boltons what numbers would he be looking at with those?

with proper tuning on a chipped ecu, you should be around 190-200 whp...with hondata tuned w/p28 ecu, you should be in the range of about 205-215 whp
