i have a 1988 honda crx dx 1.5 sohc motor. i was killin tha gas on it the other night , and broke my water pump some how. i took it to my mechanic and he fixed it but the car wouldent stay runnin when you stoped. i have had the problem twice before i took it to the shop. its like my car would die up and down up and down and then one time it dident go back up, it went down then cut off. then it wouldent crank i had to wait and turn the key on and off. now its doing it real bad every time i stop i gotta give it gas. could this be a fuel filter? or distributor? if not what is it? please help me out i dont have the money to take it back to tha shop and its really startin to **** me off!!!i set the idle a lil higher and it dosent do it that much and more but still does it and some times it sounds like my gas is stuck cause i ll be ridin and it will get stuck on like 5 rpm and ****. and by the way i have had to replace my distributor 3 times so mybe thats it becuase when the check engine light comes on nad i give it some gas it sputters and it did something like that when my distrubor was messed up. i dunno someone help me please my email is t_ravaka4gz@yahoo.com or pjtfrench@aol.com
