YES
dont ever throw out something from your car this isnt broken...
at least you can sell them, or keep them for if/when you sell the car
i just took out spare and the stupid lug wrench......doesnt work for my shitty *** Konig wheels and lugs anyways
..those account for the weight in the trunk.....

lmao, this brings back memories. a couple days before i went to the local dragstrip, i halfway gutted my 6th gen coupe. took out the door panels, passenger seat, rear seat back, rear seat cushion, trunk panels, trunk floor, spare tire, jack, and half my exhaust (hey, mufflers are heavy
). that thing was loud as HELL (headers, cat, and a resonator, basically exiting directly under me), and made everything in my car shake like crazy. lol, nobody believed id take a single thing out of my car. had the best time out of any of my friends, though.

yeah. it was simple and only took like half an hour to snap the panels back in, slide the jack back in, bolt down the spare, and then toss the floor on top. the rear bench seat, however...

it makes sense to keep them in case they might one day be needed. but space is too valuable.

what were your times before/after gutting it?

I've stripped my trunk and i've had it like that for a year now almost.
1) Use dry ice and a chisel for the sound deadening
2) Expect interior noise to be louder
3) If youre really **** retentive, sand down the trunk and put downa few layers of factory color paint from a can at Autozone, then do a clearcoat so your trunk looks pretty.
I saved all my parts, since I figure to sell the car ASAP as I can
