Default Civic VX wiring

Hey guys i have a question i might be trading my friend my dx coupe for his vx hatch and we are just switching motors over and everything do i have to use the vx engine harness or can i use the dx one and do i have to wire any thing else to make it work im putting a OBD1 DOHC ZC in the vx so no vtec please let me kno ASAP thanx

you can use the DX harness, but there are two (I think) wires that would need to be moved. I don't remember which ones, I'll check tonight when I get home.

**edit**
you have to move one wire, the O2 signal wire on the VX side. Then the DX engine harness will plug right into the VX chassis harness with no problems.
