Default Spark Plugs

Hi guys,

Just wanted to get an idea of what spark plugs you guys are running for Turbo'd cars, and gap. Preferrably H22's. I know denso are good but what other options and heat ranges has anyone tried.

bkr7e's are a good choice... those are NGK... a fav on the boreds

BKR7E's are gaped @ .030

.28-.32 on the gap, ngk coppers... dont know the # off the top of my head right now (will have to look ) but they are just a couple steps cooler plug than stock.
