What is the dif. between a F23A1,F23A2 and F23A5

VTEC vs. non-VTEC, & emmissions tiers (LEV vs. ULEV), etc...

My '98 EX has the F23A1 & it's VTEC LEV.

I think F23A2 is non-VTEC (DX&LX?) & A5 is VTEC ULEV (Calif?). Or maybe I have those 2 mixed up...

i own one so im sure but not sure about the others
