Default parts swap:88 crx hf and 92 integra gs????

ok this is what i have: 1988 crx hf 174k minimal rust
1992 integra gs 150k on body, 70k on motor, bad trans
i was wondering what parts i could use off this to swap into my crx.
as of right now i plan to use the motor, ecu, axles, front brakes, misc body and int pieces. i know it has abs, i was wondering if i could use the rear disc brakes from the teg on my crx? will it be that difficult to install the teg mc and abs? or do i even need the abs? i was also trying to think of a way to squeeze or cut to fit the dash in.......???
it also has lowering springs and 2good tokico yellows.....usable on my crx or no???
i dont know, anything else you guys can think of let me know...thanks

that's a route i was thinking about taking with my civic, I'm pretty sure your trans won't bolt up to the teg engine, so you may need to go tranny shopping. and you're gonna need motor mounts and shift linkage just like the b16 swaps. otherwise, you're on a great track, I'll be interested to see how it turns out for you, so I'll know what to expect if I go that route.

well yea i'm already in the market for an ls tranny......gettin hasport mounts for 450 and the linkage for 150, using the tegs axles, knuckles, hubs, possible f/r brakes, abs.....
everyone i been talkin to has been sayin its gonna be good for about 150-160 with a slight build(cams, injectors, fuel pump and regulator) and for about 210-225 with a 50 shot of nitrous.......
so i'm goin for 14's n/a and low 12's sprayin!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

k, son, let me clue you in to a little secret. your integra and your crx are based off the same chassis, so virtually ALL of the working hardward on the teg will swap over to the rex with little or no fabrication. other parts like interior pieces, dash, etc may requir a bit more hacking.

wouldn't this motor swap require a jumper or new harness, since it is crossing obd's?

I'm thinking that you could take the engine harness from the teg and re-route it into the civic - then again, i haven't accually done mine yet so i'm not sure

If that 92 Integra has Grey plugs you will need to change distributors to a 90-91, White Plug. You would have to use your CRX injectors also.

why would you want to do that if you're using the integra's ECU?

If he uses the HF harness and a PR4 ECU he needs to change distributors and injectors or cut the plugs and re-pin. If he changes to OBD1 then nevermind.

You do not want to use the knuckles off the integra. To do the front brake swap you will need the knuckles off of a 90 - 91 Civic EX.

The rears will be fine. You'll need to use the integra cables though.

Be careful removing the rear trailing arms. The bolt up under the rear seat area for caster adjustment is tricky. Sometimes it won't back out of the bushing, but it will turn, so what happens is that the bolt pops the nut out of the track that it rides in inside the car (in a place you can't get to at all), so it ends up that you have to cut the floor to get to the nut and put it back where it goes. I did this without realizing it, and I've seen other civics and crxs with the trademark hole in the floor in front of that bolt. Just be careful.

You can probably use the integra e-brake cables. From waht I understand you will have to be creative in routing them. If you can find a set of cables off of a 90 - 91 CRX Si it will be a little easier. Good luck with the swap.
