i got a mysterious obd2 teg harness laying around, i need some help to figure if its obd2a or obd2b, and if its auto or 5 speed


any visual difference between the 2a and 2b plugs on the harness?


i know that there are extra plugs for the auto harness, but i need to know how many there should be.


any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

manual harness will have a speed sensor plug coming off of it by itself
auto trans will have another 2 wire sensor harness shared in the speed sensor harness

also manual trans harness will only have one plug for a trans sensor. reverse

auto has 5 plugs all 2 wire plugs

 

ok awesome, now i know its a obd2b auto LS harness. guess it isnt worth much, oh well, maybe i'll sell the plugs off it

well i have a pinout somewhere but it would be slightly involved alot of engine control wires run through the auto trans control circuits so i think the best idea was your first
