Default Need a list or pre-wired cars.

I have a 1992 Civic LX sedan.

I need to know if my car is pre-wired for Vtec or not. Does anyone know what cars (if any) are pre-wired for Vtec? I know the VX hatches were in the 92-95 Generations... which other ones Came pre-wired. Thanks!

ALL 92 model Civic's came prewired for VTEC on the cabin side harness, yes even the nonVTEC models - CX, DX, LX. SOME early 93 Canadian nonVTEC models also came with the VTEC wiring embedded in the cabin harness but it's more rare for them to have it that not. Using a VTEC engine harness will make most swaps plug and play without the need to mod the cabin side.
The 92-95 VX models were all prewired for VTEC on both the cabin and engine harnesses because they came with the D15Z1 VTEC-E engines. Of course the 92-95 Si and EX models were all prewired as well.
