Default 05 600rr frame slider question

well anyone who has one already know that you have to cut the fairings for the frame sliders on a cbr600rr. i heard a rumor that there is a company that makes a braket that pivots the install for the slider back so that you don;t have to cut your fairing...anyone know if this is true?

The company you heard about is probably shogun

personally i wouldnt really trust these sliders because of the pivot that it is on, if youre serious about putting some frame sliders on then you should be ready to cut your plastics. my .02

if you're going to get sliders, just cut your fairings. nocut lsiders can almost be worse than no sliders. ive seen frames fucked and blocks cracked becacuse of bad sliders

I used to work for a small company making Shogun's frame sliders (along with Lockhart Phillips) a few years back. I haven't been in contact with any of those guys in a long time..how is the quality of their product these days (Lockhart and Shogun)?
