Car is loaded on the trailer, GTG!
Just got the car all loaded up. -2.4 degrees of front camber and -1.4 in the back. 3.3 degrees of front caster. Yeah baby, yeah! I'm gonna try zero toe for this event. We'll see how I like it. 600/900 spring rates should prove interesting in the wet... Good thing I've got my rain tires ready. Funny how they are conveniently mounted on the same wheels as my dry tires.
I'm bolting out of here around 4pm tomorrow. So, what is an alternate route down to VIR? I'm around the Herndon/Reston area. I took 95 down last time, and that worked out well as far as the tow goes, but I think takes longer. Coming back I followed Corey, Morgan, and Drew, but we had to go through a ton of little towns, with LOTS of lights. Red lights. Suck! So, does anyone have a suggestion for a friday afternoon?
Err, oh yeah, and I kinda need directions for any of the routes. I forgot to write it down last time. See you guys down there!

That's pretty much it. 95 or 29. I wouldn't do 29 on a Friday with a tow rig - Charlottesville could get busy.
Hmm, so what's the path down 95? 95 til Petersburg and then take 85S? I seem to recall Felton directed me some other way to get to 85 down there. 85 S, and then where to? I'm heading for the Innkeeper West if it's late, otherwise I'll stop by VIR first and ditch the trailer. If it's not all wet and nasty, and it's not horribly late, I'll probably try and bribe Grumpy or Richard (if he's there) to give my car an annual (already have a log book).

w00t! Panthers are on and bedded (i got 'em smoking, yeah baby yeah!), oil changed, brakes bled, new exhaust on (sounds pretty good... no more ragged buzzsaw...), polished up the Chevy badge...
Yep, methinks the Twin Hampster is ready... VIR, here I come!!
... what? ...tomorrow?!?! ...I have to wait 20 hours?!?! But, but...

I hate all of you. I've been sick for the past 2 weeks, this week with a fever of 102 and other assorted good stuff - which left no energy to work on the car (rx7), and i cant go to VIR this time. I could drive the saturn (i've got kuhmo's and panther+'s for it, no prep needed) but probably not safe for me to be out on track while i feel like poo poo and not 100% alert. And i dont want to flag while i'm off in la-la land either. So everyone must take lots of pictures for me
