Brake pads for Wilwood Superlite 4pot caliper
I bought the 11.75" big brake wilwood kit for my civic.
see..

I need to order pads for this kit since it doesn't come with any. I called up wilwood and they told me that the 15E-6100K pad(s) are the ones I want for my application.
Now, I was calling around and no one seems to stock them, I'll have to wait 2 weeks (special order) and I dont wanna wait 2 weeks dammit! there's a Speedtrials open track event at the end of the month at Buttonwillow I'd like to attend and run with my new brakes!
soooo......is there any other brake pad company (hawk, etc) that makes an equivilent brake pad that works on this Wilwood Superlite 4-pot caliper I own?
thanks..

Porterfield and Hawk both make pads for that caliper.
Porterfield == AP501
Hawk Blue == HB101
Porterfield is in your neck of the woods, so you should be able to get product from them fast. If you want Hawks .. try to find a big distributor in your area. They should stock them.
Good luck.

If you had called earlier this week, I could have had a set made in time for your event next weekend.
Stil, for the Superlite in Panther Plus front and rear (rear = OEM ITR caliper), I can still pull it through for shipping next week on Wednesday via FedEx Overnight, so you get it on Thursday.
Prices are $119 for the Superlite and $96 for the rear OEM ITR, both in P+. You WILL need the rears in P+ to balance out the braking with the SL-4 caliper in the front.

Performance Friction sucks? Oh really...
As far as I'm concerned, PFC makes the best road racing compound available (PFC 01 - in most cases)...but what do I know about brake pads...
Our new Panther XP is very close to PFC 01, and available in nearly all applications.
