Default map sensor

I have a crx si with a d16z6(just installed) . My question is can I use the map sensor located on the firewall or does it have to be a obd1 92-95 map sensor. Thanks.

Either one will work.

That depends. If you are using the A6 intake manifold and A6 throttle body, you need to use the map sensor on the way.

If you are going to use the Z6 intake manifold and Z6 t/b, then you can rip that map sensor from the firewall off because the Z6 t/b has the map sensor built into it.

Also, The z6 intake manifold will not work with the A6 throttle body and visa versa.
