I dont remember if you get up to 100 in 3rd, its up there but I dont know about 100. Maybe close. 170hp, not 190. Vtec not VTECH. Vtec engages at 4400 rpms, not 6000.
It can maybe chirp 3rd, that doesnt mean its fast, it means he has shitty tires.

The top of third gear should be 90 right around MPH. 2nd gear will chirp if your driving very hard, but 3rd gear probably isn't going to chirp in a stock GSR, unless he has shitty tires like someone already said.

You say stock... but is it totally stock? Maybe he has a chipped ecu and an intake, or maybe more than that??? If he revs it up a lil past red he can hit 100 in 3rd no problem. Stock clutch can chirp a third, depends on the condition of the clutch and tire compound/road conditions. or maybe he has an after market clutch. 190hp@the crank is easy to make with minor mods that his car may have.
If his car is indeed bone stock then yeah most of his words are BS.
He is convfusing his secondaries opening at 5750 rpms with vtec at 4400rpms

my car chirped 3rd when i first got it...but that was with wal mart tires and slamming the gear, not something i would reccommend doing and it was a dumb thing to do for no reason.. but uhh ya my 2nd gear is about 60 and 3rd 95 if u run it to rev limit..at the track i would just redline 3rd gear and finish at a trap of 92 @ 15.0 bone stock, but vtec engages at 4400 and the secondaries a lil later...a chipped ecu would make vtec at 6k depending on which chip u have
