I have a Prothane polyurethane steering bushing kit. Where do the bushings go?

Based on the diagram above, the kit comes with 1 x No. 4 bushing and 4 x No. 18 bushings. I can see where two of the No. 18 bushings go, but am wondering where the other 2 go.
Anyone installed this kit? Can you feel the difference?

They go you see the red in the diagram.I can promise that you will have hell putting them in with the engine in the car,and I persoanly didnt like what new bushng did to my steerinf feel thats just me but it made eveything too sensitive but feels good going fast on flat.Thats just my experience with them but you will have some bullshit trying to install them with the engine in.

The problem is the diagram only shows 3 bushings - the kit comes with 5.
Is it pretty obvious to see where they go when you're under the car?

There is actually 2 of the #20 bolt in the picture. The one shown is the top bolt. There is also a second identical mounting bolt on the bottom of the gearbox (barely visible in the picture). Both bolts have 2 mounting bushings, one on the front and one on the back of the gearbox. This makes for a total of 4 bushings, plus the large one on the other end. If you get under your car, it all makes perfect sense...
