ok, i got a 98 d15b and i am swaping it into my ej2 coupe. will i need to convert my car to obd2 for this motor or not. what is a complete list of wiring i need, and what motor can i get it off, z6 possibly? since i can not use orginal d15b harnesses because they are made for right hand drive. i searched and just became more confused.

VTI motor?

Either way convert it to obd1 and save yourself the hassle. Use your harness and add VTEC.

 

how hard is it to add vtec wires? does some one have a write up on changing my motor to obd1?
