Default Gaskets

can a intake manifold be a problem for not starting, such as if u bought a wrong one

and also is ground wires spose to get hot when cranking car.

What are your symptoms? What happens when you try and crank the engine?

No, ground wires are not supposed to get hot when you crank your engine. Maybe, that's the problem on why it's not starting. You probably have some bad connections on the grounding wires and they aren't making proper contact to the connector and/or chassis.

correction intake manifold gasket..

like engine starts but doesnt turn on.. and it backfired once when trying to crank

and the ground wires itself are getting hot..

its a 94 Honda Civic DX head LS block

like the one that connects fron the head to the front of the chassis

it wants to turn on but doesnt.. like u can hear it start then go out

i got a good spark and everything

seriously ive tryed everything a hanes manual has said

i have a d15 b7 engine.. i have spark ive checked fuses and everything, i belive my timming is off a tooth or so

are you getting fuel, check your grounds and double check your timing. these are good places to start.
