Default Miata rims? Direct bolt on?

Are the miata rims (panasports look a likes) a direct bolt on for my civic? Or is there a trick to it?

i just took one of those big sand paper bits with little sheets of sand paper and ran it around the hub a little and they fit fine on my car.
