I just a 90 crx si with the JDM b16a motor. Problem is... is that my distributor is bad. The guy who had it before me put a 88-91 civic distributor. I checked the coil and got a new cap and rotor but still nothin. So now I want the right distributor. Need one ASAP! e-mail me if anyone has one.

 

Try either of this places. They'll cost about 200.

Yeah streetimports sells them for 255 and distributorkings sells them for 285. I think I might just convert it to obd1 and go p28 ecu and just get it chipped? Would that be better?

 

Hey i had the same prob. But i am poor so i used a 91 LS dizzy and cut off a leg. The only thing is that only one bolt will be held up its been working for about 8 months now. good luck

 

Get a LS b18 distributor and use it's internals. don't bother cutting a leg off, just use your housing with all it's parts.
Same shiznit different bolt pattern.
Oh and you've got one more part to replace The Igniter Unit. The most common part to die IMO

 

I'm told the D16A6 distributor is the same (internally, won't bolt up) too.
