It's not hard to replace yourself, if you know what your doing. Snap-On sells the specialized part to cut the old winshield out and you can buy the silicone from Home depot. I would go to a local glass shop and get advice from the installer himself. They're insight and years of knowledge will definitely make the job easier. And windsheilds aren't all that expensive. Mine was $140 installed and only took about 2 hours with an appointment. Just call around and compare prices, or take the DIY job serious. You don't wanna half-*** a job like this since its a life-threatening kind of thing.
