Default Headlight positioning..

I don't know if you guys have had this problem before, I did a search and didn't find anything..

My driver's side headlight is not flush like my other side. It sits a little bit inwards, and up. It also points up, and is very blinding to the other drivers in the oncoming lane, I'm sure.

The screw on the top, when I loosen it, the headlight does not move forward, like the other side. If I pull it forward, it just falls back, and is really loose unless I tighten it up. Then it doesn't sit flush, at all. Iis there some other bolts that may be adjusted?

I was driving home the other night, and everyone I passed was flashing their brights at me, so I don't want to keep blinding the oncoming lane...

The little plastic insert/nut often cracks/breaks and has similar effect to what you're saying... sorta. Are yours in good shape? both of mine were broken, and took about 5 different cars to find 2 that came off in good shape at the junkyard.

You mean the piece the screw goes through?

I'd have to go look at it, I'll take a look and let you know, thanks!

I'll pull all the mounting hardware off another EF if I can ever find one in a junkyard.

EDIT: Thanks for your input

I don't even have that little plastic piece on my passenger side headlight. Can you get them from majestic?
