One is a breather vent from the valve cover and the other is a coolant line. You can get a breather filter from Autozone or somewhere and the other one you can run a new hose so you can get rid of the metal black ones that are connected together.

Yes, you can cap them off. That is what I did, I just put in a screw in both of the hoses and no problem
I dont have a digital cam, or else I would of taken pictures of it, so you can see what IAm talking about.

You have one that is for the breather and one from the EGR . You can reroute the EGR one to anywhere that has vaccuum. But to get rid of that messy **** , buy another coolant hose and run it from the motor to the throttle body. Makes it look alot cleaner.

B16's don't have EGR, one is for the throttle body dash pot, the other is PCV, you'll want to figure out a way to hook the PCV back up, but don't worry about the dashpot, it just makes the throttle close a little slower right before it snaps "shut".
Also the coolant lines you guys are thinking about run through the throttle body, not the intake arm.

There is no EGR... I've done so many b16a swaps I wouldn't wanna count, trust me... there is no EGR.

Don't know why the hell i said EGR (i meant dashpot), but anyway, To keep it clean i'd find a new vaccuum source for it, and just put a breather on the PCV. Run a new coolant line to get rid of the stock lines that are welded together. I've done so many that i'm starting to forget ****!lol
well since u guys are getting confused i just decided to post a pic of what im talking about. i have circled what hoses im talking about that are no longer going to im intake because i got the cold air. so what do i do with them ?
Cap them off. Nicest would be to weld them shut, but glueing a wide self tapping screw in will work fine as well.
Remember to let the glue dry before starting the engine. (mentioning just in case)

they are dashpots.. they are used for sudden stops .. and also for stop and go traffic.... i just took them off .,. the only one u need to worry about is the one that on the right. Thats the only one that has any vaccum on it.... the left one runs off vaccum from the intake tube.... i think that is how it goes... correct me if im wrong..

the both of those are used for idle advance for the AC... chances are your car doenst' have AC anymore.. so use a vacuum cap, and cap it off.
