Default Re: turbo timer (turbob16a522)

heres the manual in english... http://www.scuderiaciriani.com....html

as far as the crx wiring goes hook up it to the ignition this way...

-red on timer to solid white wire on ignition
-blue on timer to solid yellow wire on ignition
-green on timer to black/yellow wire on ignition
-black on timer to ground

then you can splice the purple vss signal wire to the yellow/red wire in the the harness for the cluster

then the brown ebrake wire to the green/red wire behind the cluster.

and your done.

if you have an alarm your gonna have to use a 5 post relay to do this follow these instructions:

now use the gray shift lock wire on the greddy turbo timer to pin 86, and splice the fused wire for the constant 12v on the alarm typicaly red to pin 85. this will power the magnetic coil win the timer is activated.

then next you will find the ignition wire on the alarm and cut it...one side solders to 87 and the other solders to 30. and then your good. since i didnt do the install on my alarm i just followed the wires comming from the alarm box till i found the one that connected to the ignition signal wire.

when the timer is activated it powers the magnetic coil which opens the contact to 87 making the alarm believe it is off so you can activate it. once the count down finishes the timer turns off deactivating the coil re-engaging contact 87 for start up and normal alarm operation. good luck.
