You place it in between the valve stem and the rocker arm. Make sure the specific cylinder is at TDC.

if one doesn't use the procedure in the honda shop manual, things can get really screwed up
that's all i'm sayin' here, man

use the smallest size blade, and you'll quickly find the only spot it could go in.
