i need a quiet muffler, i got pulled over yesterday and i have 15 days to get a quiet muffler. i have a straight thru exhaust with 2.5 inch piping

 

Get a resonator welded in somewhere between your cat and your muffler. I know http://www.kteller.com sells them .

 

what kind of exhaust do you have on the car and where do you live? Because if you take it to the state referee he can do a decible check for like 30 bucks ( here in CA ) and if you dont pass you can have another free try after you fix the problem. bump back so I can furtherly assist you.

well if your that worried about it, go to a muffler shop and have an OEM replacement muffler welded back on. those are quiet...

 

Use a stock muffler, it's sleeper.

es oval...apex world sport...greddy sp...magnaflow...pretty much all of the chamber exhausts are quiet...resinator should work though
