The front end of my 93 integra ls shakes when i brake from highway speeds (60 mph+). However, at slower speeds the front does not shake. Could this be a tierod problem or is it something else?

u got warp rotors. time to change them or resurface them.

replacement rotors are $17.97 from advance auto.

 

Just get new rotors like others say. After that if it still happens, get an alignment. After that, if it still happens, get new tires. I had to do mine in that order too... gets spendy when you get all brembo rotors and Axxis pads. Stops on a dime though.

 

Ok Ill look into it. Put on new rotors less than a year ago. But Im prolly fairly hard on the brakes. I dislike the brakes so much to and want good pads but there really expensive. Im used to great stopping in my VW with Ferodo pads.


Any great street pads that are cheap??

 

if you feel the pedal pulsating you have bad runout wich means resurface, but i really think its rotors, and if not its definatly allighment
