just dyno'd my TEG ......HELP
I just ran my GSR on the dyno...the only thing done to it was a hondata s200 and a gutted cat....the WHP was only 126.8 .....why so low...we did a compression test..right away....all cylinders were over 200....what's wrong with my motor....pls help ASAP...i'm puttin a drag turbo kit on my car right now and wanna know what;s up...any idea's??????????
does seem a LITTLE low, not to much.
tune up?
could be ur hollowed out cat. not giving it ANY backpressure is a bad thing- could be too free flowing

So, what map are you running on the hondata. Perhaps you are running some air/fuel settings that are really ******* it up. That is low. Even obd2 GSR's are dyno'n 140.
So you ONLY have hondata and a hollow cat??? No intake, no exhaust no header....nothing???
I bet if you put a normal cat back on you would gain a few HP, as a stock engine needs some back preasure, and with not having that it can hurt wngine performance.
Also why are you running hondata on a stock engine, the HP gains will be very small if any. I would put a stock map, or something very close to it the hondata.

that is low...id do some maintenance first and go from there...If the car is not fully maintained, it affects performance badly. It can also be the hondata, im not sure but double check on that too as far as settings and basemap and all that..

that is low, my mostly stock gsr put down 148hp just running a stock obdI ecu an intake and header but with stock gsr catback exhaust, and it has a little over 90,000 on the clock.
how many runs did you make, and did you use an aem wideband?
they should've tuned it with the hondata to up that number, why didn't they?

i took the car to get a baseline before the turbo...i the tuner loaded some base map for the honda...we made like 5 runs...the first was at 119whp...my fuel pressure was to high..so we adjusted it and used a wideband o2...it ran good but only 126.8whp 109f lbs...i thought my motor was blow....so we did a compression test it was good all over 200psi...well the turbo kit on...and so far no check engine lights..now the traction problems...i'm still waitin for my e-01 boost controller so i'm only runnin 7psi

hmmm, maybe you should try a different dyno, sort of like getting a second opinion...I don't know much about dynos, but maybe his is calibrated wrong or something.
