Downside to going with the lsd on h22 swap?

Downside to going with the lsd on h22 swap?
I've read that having the lsd can cause the tranny to become unusable when it goes, causing you to have to replace the whole thing. Is this a valid concern or is it better to to just get the lsd anyway?

if your talking about the stock LSD.. yes it may do exactly as you say, if it goes out the whole trany maybe unusable, but the same could do for non LSD tranys as well..
