Default b18c1 daily driver turbo

I have switched my mind, many a times now. I started off wantin to turbo , then i wanted all motor power then turbo again then all motor. I finally stuck with all motor but was recently up showed by a turbo'd h22 in a DA integra. I realized for the money to catch him or other cars i may as well turbo, plus ive always loved the sound of a turbo and so forth.

To the point, i want to setup on stock internals for now, and jump around on 10-12 psi for race days then go back down to 5-6 for the daily drive , or is it worth it? I dont really know the gas mileage so im just curious if its worth changin the psi for the commute or not really.

Also curious if i should just build the bottom end up first then turbo it later on? I never plan on exceedin the 10 psi barrier but ive kinda assumed that it would be worth while to at least help myself out. I will have the money to make this over a 400whp car , but i feel 345ish would be just fine , I wanna be able to drive some what normally, because ive driven high performance cars and aboslolutely hated them for my daily commute in rush hour. Any tips or suggestions would be great. Also my car is a straight up 92 civic si sleeper , so any tips to keep the turbo even more secretive would be awesome

If you have the money, I say do the build up first. That way you wont have to worry about putting it in the garage when it does break. Especially if it's your daily driver.
