I sure wouldnt advance the timing....most kits are set to run on a stock timing fp configuration. If the NA is tuned, the nitrous will be ok (assuming timing is stock)

If you have a healthy motor, 50 shot kits are pretty much plug and play.
To be on the safe side, run 89 oct and retard your timing 1 degree. No need to mess with your fuel pressure or premium gas, much less 100oct, wasting your money.

Once you get use to that and you decide to move up to 75..premium, retard 2 degrees and a 1 step colder plug....again, for the safe side.

Edit : Your title is zc nitrous but your sig says your running a b16 now? if its b16, stay with premium, if its a zc, 89 is fine.

What this guy says is very true I did the same(cold plugs 2 degrees with a dry 60 shot edelbrock kit) on a zc in a 95 coupe and ran 13.60 consistant

A 50shot is nothing. You can remain at stock timing and use 91 or higher. One of my customers car runs a 75 shot Nitrous Works on a LSvtec. I keep it at stock timing, but I run C16 with #7 NGK plugs, he ran a 12.68 which I know he can do better once he learns to driver better.
