If the HID bulb crashed inside the headlight housing, how can I get the shatter glass out?

Also, I think Tony the Tiger did some mod on his HID light so it looks white instead of white/yellow. And someone did mention that Tony the Tiger painted the alumium to black or blue to elimilate the yellow thing, what kind of paint should I use so it can stand the heat when the HID is on? I am trying to mod it another way but donno what kind of paint is suitable. The color I am going to use is silver and clear blue. And it's clear blue on top of the silver paint. If someone can, please help. Thanks.
