I'm putting a turbo D16Z6 into a VX hatch, and I'm wondering if it'd be ok to use the VX crank pulley.

I know the aftermarket aluminum ones are dangerous, but would the VX one be OK? It does have the rubber piece in it like the D16Z6 one does. But the VX redlines at 6000 rpm not 7200 rpm like the Z6. Any thoughts?

VX doesn't have all the accesorry pulley's attatched

 

Exactly. It's lighter. So no one has any idea if this is safe?
