errr, where do i put in gear oil?

Default errr, where do i put in gear oil?

i picked up synchromesh. its going into a b16 tranny, b16a2 out of 99si if its worth anything to your answer

well there should be two drian plugs on the side of the trans, close to the axles, the bottom one is the drain, the top is the fill plug

just stand on the pass. side and kinda put you head down around the where the intake pipe is and you should see it, you can also fill it up throught teh vss but be carefully you only have to undo one screw to get it out even tho there are two

Some people like to pull the vss and fill it from there. When I replaced my clutch, I did what deemeetree is suggesting. Just get a long tube, a funnel, and a friend to help you fill it.

i undid the bolt and i used a tube from an oil catch can attatched to the bottom of a funnel and just filled it from up top. didn't even have to remove my stock intake/air box. great minds think alike thanks for all the help everyone!
