DO I SMELL SCAMMER???? WTF...**** that...that is not a UPS tracking number, i say report him to pay pal and get your money back..where is this guys hood????

 

whoa, crappy. I'm going through the same thing, bought oem fogs from another board, it's been a month, he was supposed to give me a tracking number, but didn't decided to ship it normally through usps. after a month he finally produced the reciept proving that he sent something, in the process of filing a claim with usps to get my money back. things like this suck so bad. talk about anxiety. hope things work out for you guys!

 

here we go:

posting me a scammer isn't going to speed up the delivery of your hood. look, it normally takes 4-6 weeks for delivery. you only gave me 1 DAY, and i planned delivery is a week. i placed your order monday, tuesday DHL didn't come by, wednesday i shipped (late 6pm), and today is thursday. by the way, that IS the shipping # on the delivery packaging slip. IF your hood doesn't come and i stop replying to your pms (my minutes are low on my phone) completely, then feel free to dispute this transaction with paypal (which you already have) and post me a scammer. otherwise, have some patience and relax, because it's on the way. have a nice day.


you really want me to post the real transaction date listed in my paypal account? june 25, 2005, which was saturday and i told you we're closed on sundays. so everything i stated was true. i'll go by the store to check again... have some patience, i'm only 1 sales man and i stayed in after hours yesterday and missed class so your hood could be sent so your brother-in-law would stop calling me everyday and asking me if it's there yet. i'm not even in charge of the shipping either. give me a break, your hood will come so chill out

yes, 350 is an amount... am i superman? really, is it my fault UPS lags? your hood has been sent, and if that isn't the right tracking # like you said, i will find you the RIGHT one. i'm sorry for the inconvenience though. next time, if you're not patient enough and want something shipped the very next day, pay for it. not only did i sell you an awesome hood, i saved you money by revealing the ridiculous/bogus shipping charges of the other stores out there. you're in redding, california the hood should be there in less than a week. if you can't wait, drive down here and pick up another 1 because i have about 15 of those.

if you would give me chance instead of just posting i'm a scammer... that would help. i've been sitting my *** here trying to back up my words but you and your brother-in-law keep posting about how i scammed you, when in fact i sent the hood already.

 

EXACTLY... i haven't shipped it until yesterday. and if it doesn't come in 1-2 days. i'm sorry. but it will be there i gaurentee it. how the hell is it false if i copied it down on the shipping slip? if it was false, why the hell would be here defending myself? come on now...

 

you already done enough damage to my name. the shortage in carbon fiber has increased my price 30$ and i'm leaving this position. but your hood is comming though and that is all that matters. when you get it, you can delete all your post or not (i couldn't careless... ) because i refuse to sell to impatient/ignorant people like you and your brother-in-law on honda-tech. pay for an overnight delivery next time.

i sold a hood to these 2.

they sent funds on saturday. because the 1st time they sent, they put down the wrong email address.

monday: i processed their order, tuesday: DHL was supposed to come by to pick it up but never did (sorry), wednesday: i shipped it out and copied down the # that IS on the packaging slip from UPS. apparently, UPS has not filed that # or i made a mistake in copying it down incorrectly. since, it doesn't match up to the typical # i'm sorry for the inconvenience/mistake. my fault.

now, here we are in all my threads i created or participated in "SCAMMER, give me my hood or a refund" i already feel bad enough that somebody is ******* up in the shipping department but now this. i only had 1 day of slack time and i've already got a dispute in my paypal account from these 2 and my credibility on honda-tech is ruined. but it's all good, since the carbon fiber shortage is causing an increase of price for carbon fiber, i'm leaving this position because it's highway robbery to charge another 30$ on top of what people pay for them already. if you local people who came by and bought a hood are there... vouche for me. and vlad, when you receive your hood, i need you to back me up on my word also. ALL-in-ALL you're getting your hood soon so chill out. i'm done here...

 

Lets just hope he gets his hood.

 

1 last time: the problem is RESOLVED because i have sent the hood already. i will get you the right # so calm down. i've been sitting my *** here for the past 2 hours reading/posting/defending myself because of all your post and i haven't had a chance to even take a **** yet. i missed my class yesterday (midterm review) so i get it shipped and your brother would stop harassing me for a tracking #. i believe i said 1-2 days after i shipped... not after i get the money and it has been shipped. you're in Redding, Ca so it should take about 1-2 days, if not...it's out of my control, sorry. i sent it ground, not over night. the only reason i said 1-2 is because you're in california.

 

because you and your brother-in-law are not professional and i don't need people like you 2 calling the store. look what at what happened on honda-tech? don't worry dude... you will get your hood SOON, AND you will get the hood. have a nice day, i'm late for class.

 

LOL!? Not professional!? you're the one that's refusing to give me what I need because you're angry at us for you giving us the right to label you as a scammer. We exchange posts all night and day untill my hood or my legit information comes.
There's no excuse to treat a customer this way, I paid and did my part, no suck it up and do your end. I will not call your company to harass them, I will just simply ask if they have hoods in stock and whatnot.
Leave sib16a out of this as well, he's through with the crap you're putting all of us through, from now on it's just you and me.

can we be a little patient? it has only been 1 full day since the hood has been shipped. sorry DHL didn't come by. (i informed you) sorry UPS didn't enter that shipping # into their system yet. (i informed you i have shipped it ALREADY). i swear to you that is the # i copied down. i would've been able to go by the shop today to actually check what the hell is going instead of talking to paypal and you 2.

customer service? i tried, but hey... my credibility is already fucked on honda-tech due to you 2. what else do you want me to do? i tried my best here and i got a dispute with paypal. haha nice.. all-in-all you're getting the hood and i'm getting paid. i'm done as of friday so have a nice day.

you really think i'm going to give these 2 the # to my shop? look at this: filed a dispute with paypal in 1 ******* day after i shipped the hood. they sent me money on saturday. we're closed sundays. i processed it on monday. DHL didn't come by to pick it up tuesday. wednesday i shipped it UPS. today i get a ******* "dispute resolution" link my my paypal account. really now... it's my fault DHL hever came, UPS lags, and they both are impatient as hell.

 

i guess it was the real tracking number

To the poster : if you paid for it on the 25th typical etiquette for a buyer you should have at least 2 weeks from the following monday which would have been jully 11th before calling this guy a scammer and going nuts unless your driving around without a hood then buy from some place local I'm sure they will price match for a real VIS hood

To the seller : If you ever IM'd me and mentioned paypals buyer protection policy you would not ever have my business, my friends or anyone else's I could manage for obviuos reasons that paypal is not there to cover for shady people. DHL and UPS are billion dollar companies unlike some garage in so cal they are not in the business to lag, they don't take 4-6 weeks to ship a hood and there tracking number goes up by 9 am the next day so it wasn't shipped last week as clearly shown

THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY IT WAS SENT BEFORE 6pm on the 28th - NONE THERE IS NO WAY ANY ONE WOULD BE STUPID ENOUGHT TO LEAVE A HOOD OUTSIDE UNATTENDED FOR DHL TO COME - NONE

I'm sure that if your shipping hoods your company has a business account with UPS in which case it's farrrrrr cheaper than DHL so there is absolutely no reason EVER you would pay extra rather than call UPS and tell them you have a pickup


everyone else : look through first post and decide for yourself if it's worth it to you

i'm surprised you're defending me now...

the shortage in carbon fiber has increased everybodys' prices...including my own. that's why i'm no longer selling them. going to be difficult to find a shitty *** quality hood for under 300$. a ViS hood will cost nearly 500$ now... good luck everybody.

the only reason i pMed him that was because this person, like others on honda-tech, find it difficult to confide in me because of all the fabricated stories you posted in the thread before. but i still made a couple of sales, so all is not lost. but this thread has done it for me. i'm through with this **** on honda-tech. and yes you're right, paypal isn't here to cover for shady people, they PROTECT your money from them. and nobody said it was shipped last week. he didn't even pay me until saturday. read it again.

more assumtions... we do have an account with both UPS and DHL. they both drop by the store and pick up items we have to ship. if you look at the pictures i posted, those are the carbon fiber hoods that sit at the entrace and not once has a hood ever been stolen. the ones we ship, we lay right next to them on the wall to make it easier for the delivery person to move. and i'm pretty sure you know what autobody that is and you've been there from those pictures. it's pretty popular in south el monte. i'm not a scammer... give it up people.
