hey guys ive been reading this forum for a while but this is my first post....... anyways ive got a 99 base model and i bent some valves racing this guy bout 2 weeks ago and i ended up putin a used head on it that was rebuilt with all new valves and such so anyways ive got the car running nice, no check engine light or anything but vtec is not engaging and i pulled the cam holders off yesterday and put the o-ring in the center of the head cuz i forgot that and thought that was the problem. and ive also checked the connectors to the solenoid and theyre fine and the mesh filer inside the solenoid is free of debris so im stumped on what it can be...... so if anybody has any ideas please help me out thanks

 

Check your oil level...

 

the oil level level is fine i just changfed it and everything is good but vtec wont engage.....
