I have this issue thats not really a big problem but its a problem... My car runs through oil a little bit faster than normal and sometimes i check it and realize its low... Throw a quart it in and im cool until next oil change at least.. But thats not my question.. Question is... could low oil or low oil pressue affect how hard my vtec kicks or would it not affect it at all.?? I know oil pressue has to be built up for vtec to engage and stuff but thats what led me to ask this question? Any help....

If your oil is low enough that it creates a low pressure situation, then yes. You have to have normal operating pressure for it to engage.

A low oil level can indeed prevent VTEC from engaging. However, VTEC is an "on/off" system, so it will either function or it won't. There are no varying degrees of how "hard" VTEC engages.
