I looked on a crap motor in the shop and took a guess that this is coming from the water pump but I just want to be sure. If you can't tell where its coming from, behind the bolt, there is a small hole that is pointed down.

there are orings on the tube that goes to the thermostat and one of those may have been damaged or your seal on the waterpump may just be bad... take it off and look

 

looks like its commin out of the weep hole on the pump, also why is that bolt for the pump so loose?

 

Good question... Is that bolt for the pump? I don't ever remember loosening it, but there is no telling...

If the seal on that tube is bad, would it leak through that hole? I would think that it would just spill out of the larger hole that the tube goes into instead of just going through all of that into the weep hole...

So is the weep hole just an outlet for the seal area? The pulley would spin just fine, there wasn't any play at all. I hope its just the gasket

 

First of all, tighten that bolt.

 

Yeah, thats embarassing... I didn't even notice the loose bolt in the pictures. After tightening the bolt, the leak stopped at the weep hole. Now it is leaking from the tube at the back of the water pump . I got a new seal today at Honda, hopefully its the fix
