The manifolds on d series and b series are different, as the b series is a bigger engine...You can modify the manifold but for that price you could almost get a new b series manifold....
you need to do a lot more reading bro
You should be ok running a small bolt on turbo kit on your b16 with forged internals. You will, of course, need a new turbo manifold. If I had your setup, I'd buy a b16 turbo mani, take the d mani, and have a welder combine the turbo side flange from the d with all the pipes from the b mani.. assuming it's not a direct fit.

I have this set-up on my car right now. What I did was buy a Greddy B-series manifold for $150 ( Sold the SOHC Mani for $100 ) I have the Greddy SOHC turbo by the way and it bolts right on to that mani. The only thing is on the B-series motor once you hit V-tec the motor flows more air than the turbo. So I raised V-tec to 6100rpm and it makes 10 psi until 6100 and it drops to 6 psi. So I make 180 whp and 155 torque. Now I'm getting a bigger turbo. Just a heads up.
