good question. power to weight ratio is hard to compare since i don't know the avg weight of an EG.
I would say the GSR will still take it, but it'll be close.

well, ill tell you this, My car is a 1991 CRX Si w/BONE stock 94 GS-R motor jdm y1 tranny. I raced a 92 Civic Hatch w/ Bone stock 95 GSR motor & gsr tranny and i beat him. BAD!

my swapped b16 with i/h/e beat a built h22 eg by a car length
only cause the eg driver could not drive and i raced him 6 times. lol
got the video to prove it too
if the driver cant drive than yah u will win.
i raced a gsr civic eg vs my hatch and we was even. so i anno all about driver i would say.
