I am trying to find the serial number to reinstall my support tool on my new laptop, but I cannot find it. I checked in my box for the support tool and I had the english and japanese instructions and what looked like a guarantee in japanese, but i couldnt find my serial number. does anyone know where it is located in any of these items i mentioned or does anyone have one that i can use to get mien working? thanks.
