need help to remove ebrake lines
i need to replace my rear driver's side hub with a new hub, lca, trailing arm, the whole 9 yard. How do i remove the ebrake lines inside the car under the ebrake handle? its like strapped or locked onto a bracket with two bolts (and i have already removed the bolts) any suggestions?
u need to have the brake line loose from the trailing arm and brackets under the car. once its loose you can pull it up a little and unhook it from the bracket.
its easy to see how once its loose

Ok,
Depress the handbrake
You don't need to undo the bracket.
You'll see the cable attaches through the bracket and has a nut on it. You need to loosen that nut till your able to pull the cable up and back. Then you need to go under the car and unbolt the 3 brackets that attach the cable to the underside of the car. Then pull your wheel off and you'll need to unbolt the bracket that attaches the cable to the trailing arm, then pull the cotter pin up and slide the tip of the cable out.
