Both bulbs? Might be an electrical problem? I am going to assume there is not an electrical problem and that the EP uses the same setup as your car. Make sure the car is off and if you really want to be safe, disconnect the battery(the red terminal). You will lose any radio presets or anything else that depends on the battery, though. There should be a round rubber boot with rubber pull tabs on the top and bottom of this boot in back of the headlight and a black power plug in the middle of it. First pull out the black power plug. Then pull the top rubber pull tab a little and then the bottom one. Gradually keep doing this till the whole boot comes off. Once the boot is off, there is going to be a spring that is hooked into a notch that holds the bulb in. Press the spring in and up and it should swing open. Take the old bulb out and put the new bulb in. Be careful not to touch the new bulb as oil from your hands might get onto the bulb and cause a hot spot when they are lit and could cause them to pop. If you do touch them just clean them with rubbing alcohol. When putting the new bulb in it should have three little tabs at the base of the bulb in a triangle formation. The new bulb should be installed with the top tab pointed up toward you. I think thats the only way it will fit anyways. You might have to rotate it to the left or right till you get it to sit in the notches. Once the bulb is set, swing the spring back over and latch it. Put the boot back on and plug the black power plug back in. Do the same to the other headlight if applicable. Reconnect the battery and you are done.
