It's definately not easy, more difficult to install than a turbo IMO but if you're going to have in on your car I strongly reccomend you do it yourself.

well there are two parts to install really, but its not simple cuz you'll have a hard time getting to everything. Turbos are easier in my opinion. I would only recommend you doing it yourself if you were mechanically inclined and have gotten down and dirt many times before. Otherwise leave it to a pro...

I have the same car as you (93 Hatch Si). It's not too bad. Give yourself plenty of time. Do not try to fit it into a time constriction. The directions that come with it are pretty good, but I highly recommend getting both a Haynes and Honda service manual. Read the directions WELL a few times before you start, and finish any given step before going on to the next. Even with our small engines you still want to be VERY careful because the space constrictions are tight!

Give yourself time, get the correct tools before you start, and read the direction well. And remember, in reality it is only nuts and bolts. Don't be intimidated......it's a great learning expreience. I can help you if you need any specifics.
